What we keep: your Google account email and name, your business details, your price list, price sheets, quotes, the client names and event details you enter, and photos you add.

Client email and phone numbers you add to a quote stay on your side. They never appear on a share link.

Your email and phone appear on your links only if you turn that on.

We do not use AI on our servers. Your own assistant does the thinking; we store the results.

We do not sell your data or show you ads. We share data only with the services that run the app (hosting, database, photo storage, Google sign-in).

Signing out everywhere disconnects every assistant and browser at once. To delete your account and data, contact Proposal Studio.
